We ship Priority Mail on most orders (over $225) and include free tracking and insure all shipments for the full sale price. 

International Orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. 

All duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

Note on Shipping: We have mailed thousands of items through eBay. The following notes have applied to most every item sold.

In a hurry to get your item? We suggest you pay for Express or Priority mail. If not, "First Class" is the most economical and often used method. This method is reliable but can be slow, especially International Mail. Let us know if you have a rush need, we will be happy to help and advise you.

You should anticipate these delivery times...

If you are INSIDE the USA, please allow 2-5 days for FIRST CLASS and 2-3 days for PRIORITY MAIL

If you are OUTSIDE the USA, please allow 14-75 days for delivery. Canada can be as few as 7 days while distant countries such as Brazil, Italy, or Russia have seen as much as 75 days or more. Don't be frustrated with customs and international mail practices, please be patient. First class mail can be slow at times.

These delivery times are expected and not guaranteed.

A recent dispute to Russian Federation was resolved after the item was held in customs, it was delivered at 4.5 months. Italy and Brazil have seen similar results. Please be prepared for slow deliveries in these areas.

Pre-owned Watches and Jewelry

Returns will be gladly accepted on any pre-owned watch or piece of jewelry within 3 days upon delivery of goods.

We must receive all returns in the same condition as shipped. Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us to discuss options should you want to return your watch! 

Any returns that show signs of being used, sized or worn will not be accepted.

 We will not be able to issue a refund if your watch shows any signs of being worn: scratches, links removed, nicks, chips, or any other signs of use on the case or band.

All packaging and manuals included with the return product must be received in the same condition as originally sent to the customer.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges for items returned back to us.

We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery. Insurance is highly recommended for the return package.

All domestic returns not accepted will be mailed back to the customer, at the customer’s expense, via fully insured USPS Priority shipping.

RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept items for return that have been altered, damaged or removed from original packaging. Items returned without all accompanying box(es), documentation, paper(s), and/or certificate(s) cannot be refunded until those items are also returned to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
