To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept items for return that have been altered, damaged or removed from original packaging. This includes alteration or damage to any and all box(es), documentation, paper(s), and/or certificate(s) that accompany the item.
Items returned without all accompanying box(es), documentation, paper(s), and/or certificate(s) cannot be refunded until those items are also returned to us.
Seller limits its liability to the buyer to the total amount invoiced.
Seller is not liable for any damage that may result from the use of any item purchased through our store.
Returns without a valid reason are subject to a re-stocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
